Lately I have loose eating patterns, from eating too much, not balanced enough, and over snacking. Usually I opt for fasting to reset my eating habit. However, since this is a new year, I am thinking of trying something new.
I am doing a juice cleanse, starting from today!
Juice cleanse requires me to avoid all solid foods for three days. The point of this is to give my body a rest from processed foods and harder-to-digest items, such as fried foods and red meat. And I hope that it can also help me break the cycle of reaching for a bag of chips to snack on or checking out the nearest Mcdonalds, instead of cooking a more nutritious meal.
My goal is to do a two- or three-day juice cleanse to see how my body reacts.
