Lately I have been using a service that gives me a significant discount when I buy products that are labeled as defective. Most of the times the products are completely fine, they just do not meet the standard of the sellers.

Just because the label says bad, it does not mean the product is bad. It is only bad on the eyes of the controllers.

Label makes it easier for us to identify an object or a situation. However, we often get too fixated on it. When we associate something as bad, maybe it is not that bad, maybe it is just the label.

In the words of Kurt Vonnegut,

“The truth is, we know so little about life, we don’t really know what the good news is and what the bad news is.”
